Day 1: Executive Presence & Authentic Expression
Participants will explore the core of executive presence, refining how they show up in rooms, conversations, and leadership settings. Topics include:
- Executive presence and charismatic authority
- Authentic communication anchored in values
- Vocal delivery and body language
- Emotional intelligence and reading the room
- Creating a personal 'Impact Statement'
Assignments: Presence checklist, self-recorded video, impact statement worksheet
Day 2: Persuasion, Storytelling & Strategic Communication
This session equips leaders with tools to inspire, mobilize, and influence through strategic storytelling and persuasive communication. Topics include:
- Persuasion through logic and emotion
- Crafting stories that drive action
- Navigating difficult or high-stakes conversations
- Tailoring messages for different stakeholders (investors, media, teams)
- Simulation preparation briefing
Assignments: Storytelling framework, stakeholder messaging map, simulation role-play prompt
Day 3: Simulation & Personal Feedback

- Aligning Personal and Business Brand for Market Positioning
- Establishing Thought Leadership & Industry Influence
